︎ Ruven — a/k/a Brian Parker — has 10+ years composing, producing, and songwriting for film & TV, creating bespoke music for major brands like Nike , SoFi, and Sephora. He has been commissioned to create original pieces for the Irvington Film Fest in New York, the Tap In live meditation app, and for SFMOMA’s digital magazine Open Space.
Parker first trained at Shenandoah Conservatory before graduating from the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU, songwriting for Epic Records, and venturing for a year to Chile on a Fulbright-mtvU Fellowship in musicology.
As a songwriter and producer, he has contributed to releases by Geeta TV, Colby Cecca, Afriqua, and mjwilkin.
As a solo artist, Ruven’s latest NOT THE FUTURE EP has been featured in Rolling Stone’s Songs You Need To Know, American Songwriter’s 2024 Song Contest, with recent performances in London and New York City.
